Really good and convenient app!
Really good and convenient app!
I use this program in MA USA and I really like it!
Strongly recomend
Great and light!
Till yesterday I was in Florida and without using roaming data I could travel around this State with no problems. I think that Ill use it even in my country - Italy Its good for travelling or going around in a city
Very good app. Data are accurate and navigation quite easy
Very good and easy to use maps seems to be updated!
NYC to Mt Snow VT, works well. Just have a general idea of how to get to your destination and the let app guide you.
I installed this app to track my location while flying and it works well if sitting on a window seat. My gripe is that the maps are missing information.
While many of the apps that use location info permit the iOS option to provide location info only "While using the app" Navmii continue to force users to provide location data Always or Never. That permits a periscope on users lives that is unnecessarily invasive. As tedious as it is, to prevent Navmii from being able to track your location in the background even when the app is closed, you need to either change the Location setting for Navmii to Never each time you stop using the app or switch off the master Location setting for the smartphone. Out of respect for users privacy the Navmii developers should permit the Location option of "While using the app". The change would make it a 5 star app.
This app is excellent for using without Internet.
Been using app for a week, and three issues: 1. The map lags; although it compensates by suddenly jumping to your current position. 2. Positioning is not always accurate, car icon occasionally jumps to the parallel street. 3. Location services for this app needs "while using" option. I have used other offline navigation apps for years, and this is not a good alternative (yet).
I use this app mostly to pass through navigation to the head unit in my car. Two of my biggest complaints are: the lack of a scale on the map (this should be a basic feature of any map); and the number of users isnt yet large enough to provide robust road condition reports compared to this apps competitor(s). Alas, this is the only app that will currently pass through to my head unit, and it is good enough to keep using it. I like the interface, even if its a little glitchy sometimes. Oh well, at least they arent owned by Alphabet (hopefully it stays that way).
I have no problems using the app other than notifying you a little bit earlier when to turn or not. Also should have alternate route as well
Great App ! Would like to see adding service option, while using app. Then I would give 5 stars.
I have plotted the route I take from Fort Worth to Big Bend National Park and estimated travel times are off by 2.5 hours. Same route in two other apps and in web-based navigation shows correct times. Nice options and display but times arent reliable.
The gps map stopped working during my road trip.
I love this app & it works great on n my pioneer 4800 & iPhone 6s Plus Just need to know how to use it, it took me a little bit to understand how it worked but when you put your address in pick the Google map all the way to the bottom & your address will come up that you type in & add voice guidance for around $3 Awesome app but like I said just take the time to learn to use it by exploring the app
App should have been 5 stars - but 2 really big problems: 1) US maps are seriously outdated in app and does not depict major rivers (thats why app is free - using old map cards); 2) apps developers will not acknowlege and reproduce users map error reportings because underpaid developers have quit their jobs. No bug fixes to be expected in future updates. Shame on Navmii! (I am a retired nav app developer from a previous generation)
I downloaded the Canadian version of this app before traveling from the US to Canada for a week. Our roaming/international cellular plan prices were outrageous and we didnt have access to a stand-alone GPS device. We traveled over 100 miles daily exploring Vancouver and BC back-woods country. This app was a life-saver. There were many features that make offline travel convenient (recent destinations automatically stored, the ability to search locations such as gas stations or restaurants offline, save and retrieve favorite locations offline). And there were many things that we simply loved about this app (alerts when going 10k/h over the speed limit, ability to set way-points to customize our route). When we got back to the states, I realized I was disappointed to be using Google Maps and iPhone Maps again. I downloaded the US version and will be using this app as our primary navigation system from now on.
